Organic Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

The organic ingredients make this moist, chewy recipe even more delicious!(The brands I use are in parenthesis.)
Ingredients
1/2 cup organic salted butter, room temperature, (Nature's Promise)
3/4 cup organic peanut butter (Woodstock Farms)
1/2 cup organic packed light brown sugar (Woodstock Farms)
1/2 cup organic white sugar (Woodstock Farms)
2 cage-free, local or organic eggs (Baldwin Brook Farm, Canterbury, CT)
3 tablespoons orange juice (squeeze from organic orange)
1 1/2 cups organic whole wheat pastry flour (Bob's Red Mill Stone-Ground)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (Rumford Aluminum-free)
1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
1 1/4 cups organic semi-sweet chocolate chips (Sunspire)
1 cup walnuts, chopped (Diamond)

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
2.In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the orange juice. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture. Finally, mix in the chocolate chips.
4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Cookies should be 2 inches apart.
5. Bake for about 14 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges are slightly golden and the center is firm.
6. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
